Policy Scope: Because Nutridaya provides open-access digital educational content without charging consumer access fees, traditional physical parcel return procedures and restocking fees do not apply to regular website visitors.

1. Digital Access & Zero Consumer Fees

All core articles, hydration guidelines, and nutritional profiles on Nutridaya are published for free public consumption. Users do not purchase tickets, paid tiers, or recurring memberships. Consequently, there are no consumer membership dues eligible for refund.

2. Third-Party Purchases & Retail Returns

If a reader purchases dietary supplements, athletic gear, or food items from third-party manufacturers, pharmacies, or retailers mentioned in our research reviews:

• The purchase agreement exists strictly between you and that independent merchant.
• Return requests, product replacements, and refund claims must be filed directly with that merchant.
• Nutridaya and TA-FABRIKA 2016 d.o.o. do not hold authority or custody over third-party retail transactions.

3. Commercial B2B Cancellation & Statutory Withdrawal

For corporate and institutional partners contracting commissioned research dossiers or content licensing:

• Statutory Right of Withdrawal: Under Slovenian commercial law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, eligible corporate clients may cancel service agreements within 14 calendar days of execution, provided custom deliverables have not already been completed by mutual consent.
• Correction of Defects: If a delivered technical report contains demonstrable analytical inaccuracies, TA-FABRIKA 2016 d.o.o. will remedy the defects within 14 business days.
• Refund Processing: Approved contractual refunds are reimbursed via the original SEPA wire transfer method within 14 business days.

4. Editorial Corrections & Scientific Accuracy Guarantee

If a reader, academic researcher, or medical professional discovers an outdated citation, factual error, or calculation discrepancy in our content, our editorial team commits to reviewing the submission within two business days and issuing an errata update if warranted.
